I have over 40 years of experience in the field of holistic health. As a recognized & respected expert in my field, I bring a wealth of knowledge & training to my work as I build a deep connection with each client.
I have been a mentor, guide & therapist to thousands of clients, including celebrities, athletes and executives, and have helped people all over the world, in all walks of life, to improve their health, vitality & well being.
My current focus has turned to hypnotherapy using Dr. Tom Zinser's method to find and help those inner parts of ourselves that hold trauma. I know of no other method that can reach and work at this level of the psyche.
I am Past President of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy [I-ACT], am certified with the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT), and am a Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Instructor, teaching around the world.
Born and raised in Scotland, I moved to the US in 1976. In 1984, I opened my first center in New York City, where I grew my practice to encompass multiple modalities, and was at the forefront of the creation of integrative wellness centers. In 2000, I opened another center in Connecticut. I travel internationally, speaking, teaching and developing alternative health awareness in the global community.
My own healing journey through alternative medicine created my passion for sharing how to live a healthy lifestyle. Deepening my intuitive knowledge throughout my years of practice, I have developed a unique approach to bringing the body, heart and mind back into balance.
